Delivery Policy

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.

2. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2 – 4 hours of the expected arrival time of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to reaching our daily order limit or due to specific items ordered. Products may also, in rare circumstances be delivered in separate shipments.

3. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions.

4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges (Rs.40/- + GST) PERKG shall be applicable on all orders.

5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at our customer service number and provide a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

What is the refund process?
You can check out our entire return policies here. SARA FOODS has an easy to process, customer friendly refund policy

1) I received a poor quality or damaged item, can I get a refund?
If the product delivered by us is of poor quality or damaged, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

2) What If I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In a rare circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the original item, incase original item is not available, we will process refund.

3) I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?
In case of change of mind, before shipping your order, just call us to cancel your order. We will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied within 2-4 business days. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 3 days to return them, with the below terms and condition applied: The return is in accordance with our returns policy. The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) In cases, of food gift box orders, the original tags and seal be present along with the original packaging.

4) What if I did not received the complete ordered product?
In very rare circumstances where you order more than one product and you found one of the products you ordered is missing. Kindly take the photo and Video on same day of delivery and share it with us so that we can crosscheck and send it you the missing item which you ordered.
